    x86_64/specialreg.h: Improve CPUID Fn8000_0001 defines
    
    CPUID Fn8000_0001 - Extended Features
    
    Add many more defines for this CPUID function, taken from NetBSD.
    Meanwhile, define original AMDID_* and AMDID2_* macros based on the
    new defines.
    
    Some of these defines will be used in NVMM.
