    nvmm: Port to DragonFly #9: atomic operations
    
    Add compat defines for NetBSD's atomic_inc_64(), atomic_{inc,dec}_uint().
    However, we don't have an alternative for the type-generic
    atomic_load_relaxed() function.  So just modify the code accordingly.
