    nvmm: Port to DragonFly #0: initial nvmm_compat.h
    
    Add nvmm_compat.h to hold the major compatibility code for the porting.
    Currently there are mostly CPUID2_* and CPUID_SEF_* defines.
    
    Credit to Jaromír Doleček for his initial porting of NVMM to DragonFly.
