    kern: Clean error paths in kern_execve()
    
    Merge the original 'exec_fail_dealloc' and 'exec_fail' to a single
    'failed' error path.  In addition, introduce the 'nch' variable to
    clean some expressions a bit.  These will help the following fexecve()
    implementation.
    
    While there, adjust the styles a bit.
