    kernel - Add SIOCGHWADDR, fix SIOCGIFADDR
    
    * Add SIOCGHWADDR, this is more commonly used to obtain the
      ether mac address of an interface these days.
    
    * Fix SIOCGIFADDR which had a security problem with a data field.
