git: mkdep: Remove the old, never used mkdep.sh.

    mkdep: Remove the old, never used mkdep.sh.
    
    It was needed on some architectures supported by FreeBSD, which is how
    we inherited it.
    
    Rename the mkdep.gcc.sh to mkdep.sh and clean up the Makefile.
