    boot - Fix 'shift key generates space' in boot loader
    
    * Fix an issue where shift, control, and other non-keystroke keys
      generate a space.
    
      The keyboard read code assumed that there would not be two
      back-to-back EFI_NOT_READY status returns from ReadKeyStroke.
