    sys/vfs/fuse: Remove FUSE from Makefile for now
    
    Disable FUSE build for now.
    Not much progress since first committed in 2019.
    
    Note that FUSE is difficult to implement in BSD's from the way
    VFS is designed (can't properly implement "fh").
