    vmstat - Fix vmstat -m output
    
    * The malloc_type structure's ks_use field is now a pointer
      to a dynamically malloc()d array of ncpus, instead of a fixed
      array of SMP_MAXCPU.
    
    * Fixes segfault for vmstat -m output.
