    Add <endian.h>, which for now only includes <sys/endian.h>.
    
    An <endian.h> header was recently approved by The Austin Group:
    https://www.austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=162
    
    Add one now, mainly for dports. It will be further POSIXized later.
