    <net/if_media.h>: Adjust ethernet media types some more.
    
    * IFM_1000_FX was cleaned up long ago in FreeBSD (see r95702) and
      NetBSD.
    
    * Add a useful comment from FreeBSD.
    
    * Adjust some whitespace and indentation.
    
    While here, clean up the ifmedia.4 manual page a bit and add a
    IFM_10G_TWINAX description (from NetBSD).
