    sys/vfs/hammer2: hammer2_chain_t is unneeded for dummy blockref
    
    hammer2_chain_create_indirect() only needs hammer2_blockref_t
    part of chain as a local variable. Do the same as hammer2_chain_create()
    to save stack a bit.
