    <sys/objcache.h>: Switch to lighter <sys/_malloc.h> header.
    
     Exposing "struct malloc_type" internals is useful even under kernel
     structures namespace. In vmstat(8) this will allow to drop dependency
     on the <sys/malloc.h> header.
