    virtio - Fix LUN scan issue w/ Google Cloud
    
    * Use CAM_DEV_NOT_THERE instead of CAM_SEL_TIMEOUT when
      translating VIRTIO_SCSI_S_BAD_TARGET.
    
    * Fixes a LUN scan issue on google cloud VMs that
      causes the entire device to be dropped.
    
      CAM_SEL_TIMEOUT on specific LUN -> cam_periph_error() ->
      AC_LOST_DEVICE on wildcard (whole device).
