    inet6: Support the ioctl SIOCSIFINFO_IN6
    
    This allows setting hop limit, reachable and retransmit times,
    as well as link mtu for the interface.
    It's analogous to the SIOCGIFINFO_IN6 ioctl.
    
    Taken from NetBSD.
