    <sys/cdefs.h>: Remove the old unused __DF_VISIBLE.
    
    Nothing depends on it anymore and nothing sets _DRAGONFLY_SOURCE or
    _NETBSD_SOURCE. We handle all non-POSIX visibility with __BSD_VISIBLE
    quite well.
