    kernel - Fix rare NFS deadlock
    
    * Fix a rare NFS deadlock which can occur on UIO_NOCOPY reads
      (memory mapped accesses).  VOP_GETATTR cannot be safely called
      in this situation without deadlocking against the VM system.
