    fgetln.3: Add the CAVEATS section with an example
    
    Add the CAVEATS section to warn about the behavior of fgetln().  An
    example is included to demonstrate how to properly use it.
    
    Obtained-from: NetBSD, with the ferror() check from OpenBSD
