    dsynth - Abort on certain probe errors during pkglist scan
    
    * If any directly-specified package or any direct dependency of
      any directly-specified package fails to probe, we now abort
      prior to entering ncurses mode.
    
    * Note that 'dsynth everything' does not abort.
