git: dsynth - Add IGNORE handling

    dsynth - Add IGNORE handling
    
    * Add IGNORE handling (this also handles BROKEN)
    
    * Do one final ncurses update when the build ends.
    
    * Don't allocate "" strings, just leave the fields NULL for most of
      the strings in the pkg structure.
