    sys/vfs/hammer2: Drop redundant H2FMSHIFT() macro
    
    Since H2FMSHIFT() is only used with freemap radix levels, it can be
    completely replaced with the existing HAMMER2_FREEMAP_LEVEL*_SIZE.
    This is more readable.
