    <execinfo.h>: Include <sys/cdefs.h> explicitly for __{BEGIN,END}_DECLS.
    
    Normally this should come in via our <stddef.h>, but ports compilers
    might include the compiler's own <stddef.h> that doesn't seem to
    include it.
