    kernel - Introduce separate sysctls for seqpacket limits
    
    * Add net.local.seqpacket.maxseqpacket, previously used the same
      default as net.local.stream.sendspace.
    
    * Add net.local.seqpacket.recvspace, previously used the same
      default as net.local.stream.recvspace.
    
    * Default is 57344 bytes (unchanged from before)
