    kernel - Fix missing tokens in killalllwps()
    
    * There appears to be at least one code path where killalllwps()
      is being called without the necessary tokens held.
    
    * Just have the routine itself obtain the necessary tokens.
    
    * Might be responsible for extremely rare core-dump stop/wait
      stalls.
