    Makefile{,.inc1}: Merge user-driven target descriptions and cleanups
    
    * Merge the descriptions to user-driven targets from Makefile.inc1 to
      Makefile and improve the wordings a bit.
    
    * Delete some obsolete information.
    
    * Whitespace cleanups.
