    libtelnet: Some small updates to sra.c from NetBSD
    
    * Define 'SMALL_LEN' and 'XSMALL_LEN' to replace the explicit numbers.
      (also replaced the original PASS_SIZE)
    
    * Use 'strlcpy()' and 'snprintf()' when appropriate.
    
    * Clean some type casts.
    
    * Some style(9) tweaks.
