    mk/crunchgen: Remove the unused CRUNCH_BUILDTOOLS support/hack
    
    The CRUNCH_BUILDTOOLS is commented out in initrd/bin/Makefile.
    And we already use pregenerated headers for bin/sh in commit
    cbb07feb2f78629297b21609f526fcec6e4ad8ee .
