    boot/efi: Bring in an additional TianoCore EDK II header.
    
    Taken from the MdePkg of the UDK2017 branch of the
    git://github.com/tianocore/edk2 repository.
    All I modified was killing CRs using 'tr -d "\015"'.
    
    This is a work in progress.
