    hammer2 - Add HAMMER2_IO_DEBUG
    
    * Add HAMMER2_IO_DEBUG (default disabled).  This tracks callers
      that use hammer2_io's.  This eats a huge amount of (up to ~20GB)
      of kernel memory.
