    pthreads - Change PTHREAD_STACK_MIN
    
    * Change PTHREAD_STACK_MIN from 1024 to 16384.  Most other platforms
      seems to use 16384.  Even 4096 can cause rtld failures.
    
    * Fixes 'node', which defaults to configuring the pthreads stacksize to
      PTHREAD_STACK_MIN and then proceeded to implode.
