git: Remove <stab.h> and <struct.h>.

    Remove <stab.h> and <struct.h>.
    
    * <stab.h> had information about the a.out related symbol table
      format.
    
    * <struct.h> has been removed from FreeBSD since 2001.
    
    Both headers are not needed by anything in our tree or dports.
