    mmcsd - Wasn't quite MPSAFE, fix startup race
    
    * mmcsd was attaching the drive before finishing the softc setup.  Being
      MPSAFE, the system tried to probe the mmcsd before it could finish the
      setup.
    
    * Fixed by shifting things around a little.
