    hammer2 - Add kernel-thread-based async bulk free
    
    * Add an async bulk-free feature and a kernel thread to allow the hammer2
      vfs itself to run bulk frees.
    
    * Revamp the hammer2 thread management code a bit to support the new use,
      and clean-up the API.
