    if_iwm: Utilize updated net80211 stuff, improves scanning behaviour.
    
    * Just remove some #if defined(__DragonFly__) workarounds that were
      previously needed.
    
    * Now scanning should find access points on all channels, and not just on
      the currently selected channel.
