git: Include alias "args" in /bin/ps.

    Include alias "args" in /bin/ps.
    
    * Include alias "args" required by SUSv3.
    
    * Improve argument handling of aliases: allows specification
      of different heading as in "ps -o args=MOM".
      This will make some ports happier.
    
    Changes obtained from OpenBSD.
