    sbin/hammer: Refactor hammer show [1/4]
    
    Remove node_offset, depth, left/right bound from hammer_cmd_show()
    arguments. hammer show can only start B-Tree walk from the root of
    B-Tree, so these arguments are always -1, 0, NULLs.
