git: mountd - Turn on SO_REUSEADDR

    mountd - Turn on SO_REUSEADDR
    
    * Turn on SO_REUSEADDR because its kinda silly to not have it on.
    
    * Fixes startup errors if mountd is restarted, or initially fails
      due to /etc/exports issues and is then restarted a little later.
