    hammer2 - Fix *errorp, instrument strategy errors
    
    * Instrument strategy call errors
    
    * Instrument a number of errors with console messages
    
    * Pre-zero *errorp in hammer2_write_file_core()
    
    * Set trivial in hammer2_write_file() if lbase at or beyond the file EOF.
    
    * use uiomovebp() to avoid mmap()/read() and mmap()/write() deadlocks.
