    if_iwm - Use DragonFly specific convenience functions for bus_dma stuff.
    
    * Use bus_dmamap_load_mbuf_defrag() in iwm_tx().
    
    * Use bus_dmamem_coherent() in iwm_dma_contig_alloc().
    
    * Use bus_dmamap_load_mbuf_segment() in iwm_rx_addbuf().
    
    * This means iwm_dma_map_addr() is no longer needed on DragonFly.
    
    * Try to keep around the corresponding/old code for FreeBSD for easier
      syncing of changes to/from FreeBSD.
