git: sbin/hammer: err() on readhammerbuf() failure

    sbin/hammer: err() on readhammerbuf() failure
    
    If readhammerbuf() failed to read 16KB buffer, it should err()
    regardless of AssertOnFailure flag.
    
    Continuing with bzero'd buffer won't help anything other than
    making a problem difficult to investigate.
