    <sys/wait.h>: Clean up a bit.
    
    * Remove the old BSD4.x union wait. As far as I can tell, all ports
      have been fixed for this.
    
    * Use __BSD_VISIBLE instead of _POSIX_SOURCE.
    
    * Fix wait3()'s visibility.
