    kernel/isofs: Add all iso9660 number conversion routines.
    
    Mainly to remove 7.2.2 and 7.3.2 routines from lib/libstand.
    
    While there, fix return type for 7.1.2 to be signed as per ISO9660.
    
    This commit breaks sysutils/hal dport again,
    it should have been patched in the first place.
