    ncal(1): Sync with FreeBSD.
    
    * Multibyte character support.
    
    * -3 to show previous, this and next month.
    
    * -A for months after this month.
    
    * -B for months before this month.
    
    * -h to disable highlighting.
    
    * Some extensions to -m ('f' and 'p').
    
    * Various other fixes.
    
    Also, raise WARNS to 6.
