    sys/vfs/hammer: Add HAMMER_DIR_INODE_LOCALIZATION()
    
    Move ondisk definition part of hammer_dir_localization()
    to sys/vfs/hammer/hammer_disk.h.
    
    It's better to separate kernel fs code from ondisk spec
    (and that's what hammer.h and hammer_disk.h are made for).
