    sys/vfs/hammer: Add hammer_elm_btype()
    
    Considered useful to get rid of (cond ? ascii : '?')
    that exists only to print '?' for non-ascii error cases.
    
    Also note that btype==0 isn't necessary an unknown type
    since root_btree_beg|end use 0.
