git: xdisk - Reprobe when new SPAN state is available

    xdisk - Reprobe when new SPAN state is available
    
    * Reprobe the disks when new SPAN state is available, in case probes from
      prior span states failed (since their I/Os are allowed to fail).
    
    * Add more debugging for now.
