    usb4bsd: Make the serial driver create all devices
    
    * This patch adds creation of ttyUx, ttyiUx, ttylUx, cuaUx, cuaiUx,
      and cualUx, where x is the unit number for usb serial devices.
    * The actual functionality for .init and .lock is not completelyl
      implemented yet
