    sys/gnu/vfs/ext2fs: Sync with Linux kernel's ext2 definitions
    
    - Some of these macros could be used in the existing dfly ext2 code.
    
    - This commit makes no binary difference.
    
    - (Note that dfly's ext2 seems to be broken currently)
