    inet6: Use M_WAITOK on SIOCAIFADDR_IN6 path.
    
    Addition:
    - Use M_ZERO, instead of calling bzero().
    - Avoid M_ZERO, if the allocated memory is to be completely over-
      written.
    - Remove unapplied comment.
