    drm/i915: Sync i915_gem.c with Linux 3.11
    
    * Make the GEM code more similar to Linux
    
    * Replace i915_gem_shmem_pread() by the OpenBSD implementation
      (i915_gem.c revision 1.85)
    
    * The rest of the changed code is based on Linux 3.11
